Get ahold of your favorite insomnia oil (recommended: valerian or lavendar) and take a warm bath. Add a few drops of the herbal oil to the bath and then soak in it for about 15 minutes or so. The bath should help to relax you while the aroma will induce sleepiness. Be sure not to stay in the bath for more than 15-20 minutes.
